Which is better flying fishing or spin casting for trout?

Fly fishing is usually looked at as a more natural and pure fishing, and it can be very fun. Spin casting has its advantages too. Fly rods typically have a better feel for fighting the fish and you can use flies that you would never be able to cast with a spinning reel and mono line. Spin casting is always a good alternative too. Spinners work very well, and if you can make it out just before or at the start of a rain shower, bobbers and worms can be very effective. That being said, its all in your personal preference. Not much can beat a worm just before the rain, and sometimes there isnt enough room to work a fly. My advice --- fish more so you can do both.
