Is my husband taking advantage of me PLEASE HELP?

I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. I told my husband we couldn't have and then he forced me to. I told him no, Is it still ? And if so what can I do.... I just move here form Serbia and he said the here in the United States, a husband has the right to the body of his wife. He also told me that I must obey him or I could go to jail. He hit me last night because i told him I could not make dinner because I was feeding our baby, I begged him not to call and he did not. Is he lying to me? Please help me
