Read the State of Hawaii quote about Obama's birth certificate: they never say he was born there, so why do?

That is curiously worded....He never says he verifies Obama was born in Hawaii, simply that they have the original birth certificate. He could have been born on Mars and they could make that claim legitimately. INTERESTING!
