What show are Andy Harvey, Sabrina Parisi and Donna Spangler working on?

I keep reading in a few magazines blogs + newspapers, even saw on television in Europe that a producer/director named Andy Harvey from the u.s. is producing a tv show w/ the famous Sabrina Parisi + Donna Spangler. but I cant get a clear answer about what it is exactly. All his imdb page says is that he was in the art dept on a few things. a friend said he's done a Bunch of videos. Where did he come from?? What's the show? I'm a HUGE fan of Sabrina and Donna!!!
