Child Custody and Relocation?

Write it out, you seem to be VERY articulate..... I must say VERY !!!! present it just as you did here..... Point A to point Z..... I would, and it sounds kinda, ummm, harsh maybe ? But I would use the fact she did NOT want the child until AFTER her divorce... I know you do not want to mud sling, but it does need to be *out there*.... and yes, I think you have a very strong case.... go in peace.... God bless
