Why would a scorpio do this? and how to get them back?

First of all, it sounds like he is dissing you sweety. For reasons I don't know but if he is a Scorpio, I don't think they are good reasons. He sounds like he is messing around. Make him feel like you don't care that you are absolutely happy that he is gone and you are moving on. Make yourself unavailable. If he texts you saying " how are you" don't text him back for a while or not at all. Make him "feel." If he likes you he will try to see you to get attention. If he becomes scarce then I would give up on this.
