I was tested + for antibodies.But pregnancy was terminated and given rhogum.Will I have this problem again ?

my pregnancy was terminated at 17 weeks dues to otehr medical problems. But if I get pregnant again will I be still + for antibodies even after getting rhogum after the abortion.
