Can someone help me please?

This is going to sound disgusting but I think I have appendicitis. I think this because I have this constant feeling of a dull, throbbing pain in the area just to the left of my bellyon and slightly further down. It's really hurting. It started yesterday I think. I'm a 14 year old girl.I usually fart loads but I find it near impossible to get one out. When I exert pressure onto it, it hurts and then when I let go it still hurts. Can someone tell me a way I can test to see what it it. I would go the doctors but their appointments are booked up for the next 4 weeks. I tried to tell them how much it hurt but they wouldn't listen. Please help me.
