What to do.... I have a hickey on my lip?

I have a hikey on my lip from a weird kiss. My lipstick seems to just draw attention to it! I also play trombone so I really need my lips unbruised! This is such an embarrasing problem. Should I be mad at my boyfriend? What should I do???
