Is the air we exhale considered to be harmful?

I never heard of the no breathing over zamzam water , because people usually recite on it quranic verses before drinking it , so how are they not going to breath on it . A Japaneses scientist did research on zamzam and he proved with pictures taken by microscope that the zamzam water moleclues actually change shape when different verses from the Quran are recited over it. Which confirms what the prophet said about it in Hadiths. This scientist by the way is not a Muslim.
