How do I know if my mom needs to go to the hospital?? HELP! She has a concussion and seizure...?

I was on my laptop in my room, and I heard a loud thud downstairs, I went to see and my mom was having what I believe was a seizure. My mom's roomate called 911 and they came to check her out. She was tested and there are a list of things that they found mostly having to do with blood pressure. Also, she took a new type of sleeping medicine. She didn't go to the hospital, and my family and myself agree that she should go, but she wanted to stay home. I have infered that she has a concussion and I am going to stay up all night and wake her every now and then so she doesn't go into a coma. HELP, I am not old enough to handle this on my own...
