Why are pretty boy attractive men overlooked in society for women who wear makeup and have implants?

I am a male, and it truly bothers me that attractive men, pretty boy type men, who have good hygience, dress good, smell good, and of course are very attractive form hed to toe, don't have to pile on makeup, and do all that high maintanence, and they still are stunning, but women with implants, piles of makeup, and fake hair are looked at as attractive only do to tha stuff, but thats not how they really look, i mean sure they may look better than those type of men while wearing that stuff but when that stuff comes off not being rude but most women who are like that truly are not that attractive naturally, whereas the attratice man hair or no hair, will always be attractive without all that high maintainence, to me society is crazt at thinking thats how those ladies really, if you see them naturally, then you would rethink it.
