A story about a monster/....?

There once were 3 girls who couldn't do their homework, clinging to the feet of the internet for advise, like leeches. The internet was in rage at the girls' foolishness, and transformed into a huge, laser-firing robot. 1 of the girls suggested that they spent 5 seconds of their time to come up with the answer for themselves - that way they would get their homework done, get a good grade, and feel that they morally did the right thing. Together, the 3 girls stopped asking the internet for answers, and eventually the robot calmed down enough to spare the girls their lives, and turned back into a happy little cyber-highway.
