If an illegal immigrant is working at an easy job that i want, can i offer to work for less than him?

not really attempting to be racist, but its pretty amusing if you think i am, i was wondering about this and figured that the best choice for the maneger or owner of said establishment would be to fire the immigrant and hire someone who speaks english well, understands common phrases and idioms, and will not only perform better at the job than the immigrant, but will also do it for less.
