How to Properly Address Your Elders in Japanese?

Hi guys, I'm Filipino. In my culture we address the elders of another family as if they were our own. We call our friend's parents auntie and uncle and their grandparents grandma and grandpa. My girlfriend's grandma is Japanese. I really want to be polite and respectful. What is the culturally correct way to respectfully address her by?
