How many people here know that affirmative action has a clause that protects women?

I knew about it for years. The harpies who call it "racist" don't know all what it entails. They just make themselves look like the dummies they really are lol. Many white women would have not had jobs if not for it. I use "white" because it's usually whites who are screaming "it's racist!".
