Does teeth extractions and new dentures cause allergy or sinus problems?

I just had 7 front upper teeth extracted yesterday with an immediate denture put in place. Since leaving the dentists office, i have been sneezing and have runny nose. I have allergies and sinus problems, but this is worse than normal. Can the dental procedure and dentures cause any of this?
