Do you think that the body scanners and pat downs are too invasive?

I would prefer not to have to go through the pat down and would prefer the scanner but when it comes to traveling I am happy to do what I have to to feel safe. For those who feel they are above this, too good for the searches, or just do not want to go through it that is fine. They can rent a private plane, drive, take a bus or train, hitchhike or stay home. I am not ready to give up my safety and security for their convenience!
